SourceEscrow Corporation is operated as a nonprofit enterprise sponsored by the MyTechnologyLawyer Network. The Corporation provides traditional offline storage of source code materials on magnetic media exclusively for MyTechnologylawyer Sponsors. You must be a sponsor of the MyTechnologyLawyer Network to participate as a Licensor in the escrow services provided by SourceEscrow Corporation. The terms of the Escrow Arrangement are tailored to the exact needs of Sponsors for each escrow deposit and beneficiary. The Corporation is an affiliate of the MyTechnologyLawyer Corporation and shares a common address and management. Participants include H2 Wellness, Inc. (California), Krengel Technology, Inc.(Minnesota), Focus.....on Innovation, Inc. (Florida), Counterpoint Software, Inc. (Delaware), MIMICS, Inc. (New Mexico) with additional representation from just about every state in the nation.
The range of escrow deposits held by SourceEscrow is equally broad and includes source code materials for banks, insurance companies, retailers, and manufacturing. Examples include Guardian Life Insurance, U.S. Fire, First Interstate Bank, ALOSTAR Bank, RSA Insurance, Med Mutual, and the State of Minnesota.
